The extension is not detecting the price. What should I do?
Make sure you are on an individual product page, not a search results or category page. Navigate directly to the product listing and click Scan Price again.
I'm not receiving email alerts.
Check your spam or junk folder. Alerts are sent from our server and may be filtered. Add our email to your contacts to ensure delivery.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Upgrade tab inside the extension. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How often are prices checked?
Our servers check tracked product prices every hour, automatically, even when Chrome is closed.
Can I track products across multiple marketplaces?
Each WatchSuite extension is dedicated to one marketplace. Install the extension for each marketplace you want to track — AliWatch for AliExpress, AmazWatch for Amazon, and so on.
How do I delete my account and data?
Send us an email at the address below and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
